We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any manufacturing defects or dissatisfaction. Whether you need a different style or a prescription adjustment, our team is here to ensure your vision is perfect.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Firmoo account, go to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your glasses in their original case and packaging, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the parcel before shipping.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new replacement frames within 3-5 business days.
